Introduction
E1 Prima: a one-group machine in three versions.
The E1 Prima series are one-group machines with a compact body: 411 mm wide (Pro 410 mm) and 510 mm deep. The series used to be called Eagle One Prima.
There are three versions: Prima, EXP and Pro. Each has the Victoria Arduino E1 Prima app on Google Play and the App Store.

E1 Prima EXP
For those who, besides espresso and milk drinks, want to brew without pressure: PureBrew coffee, tea and infusions. NEO, EasyCream, PureBrew and VIS.
E1 Prima Pro
According to the manufacturer, for coffee professionals, roasteries, chefs and bartenders. T3 Genius, PureBrew, Advanced Steam by Wire and VIS.

Technology in the E1 Prima versions.
NEO
Instant heating: the machine heats only the water it needs, so the boilers are smaller. The barista sets the temperature on the display.
Prima, EXP
EasyCream
A twin wand froths the milk and switches off by itself when it reaches the set temperature. It speeds up making milk drinks.

Steam by Wire
Electronically controlled dry steam at a pressure of 2.1 bar.

PureBrew
Extraction without pressure. Espresso, PureBrew coffee, tea and infusions, also as a base for cocktails and mocktails.

VIS
A virtual scale. It estimates the dose in the cup in grams using an algorithm.

T3 Genius
Separate temperature control for the steam boiler, the coffee boiler and the group. According to the manufacturer, extraction temperature consistency in the Pro is within the range set by World Coffee Events.

Advanced Steam by Wire
Dry steam at 2.1 bar and two settings, so you can split steam between jugs of different sizes.

Design
A simple form, made in Italy. The E1 Prima suits different interiors and settings.
Combining design and technology changed the layout of the components inside. The result is a compact, slim and ergonomic machine.
Sustainability
Sustainability
Compact dimensions and stainless steel with high thermal efficiency reduce water and heat losses.
In the Pro, a lighter group heats up faster and the boilers are insulated. Switching on, switching off and automatic group rinsing can be set in the app.
Special edition
E1 Prima Special Edition
The Special Edition was shown at Milan Design Week 2025. It has three finishes: vegan leather, texture and raffia.
The manufacturer presented it at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Milan.
