Terms of service
These terms set out the rules for using the victoriaarduinopolska.pl website. The website is for information and contact purposes: it presents the range of Victoria Arduino espresso machines and grinders and lets you book a free consultation. We do not sell online here.

Colbergcoffee is the distributor of Victoria Arduino espresso machines in Poland. The Victoria Arduino name and trademarks belong to their owner and are used on the Website for information and commercial purposes.
02Definitions
- Website: the website at victoriaarduinopolska.pl.
- Service Provider: the entity specified in section 01.
- User: any person using the Website, including businesses and consumers.
- Electronic Services: free services provided by the Service Provider on the Website, described in section 03.
03Types and scope of services
On the Website we provide the following free of charge:
- Contact form (“Free consultation”): a one-off service that lets you send an enquiry about choosing a machine, terms of cooperation or service. The service ends when the form has been sent and the Service Provider has replied.
- The “Machine selector” tool: a one-off service that suggests an indicative machine model based on the information provided. The result is for illustration only, does not constitute an offer or technical advice, and must always be confirmed by an adviser.
- Browsing the Website content: a service provided for as long as you browse the site.
Using the Website is voluntary and free of charge. The User may stop using the services at any time by closing the page or by not sending the form.
04Technical requirements

- an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled,
- an active email account, if you use the contact form.
The Service Provider advises that using the internet involves typical risks, such as malware or attempts at unauthorised access to data. We recommend using up-to-date software and antivirus protection. The Website uses the HTTPS protocol, and data from the form is sent over an encrypted connection.
05Rules for using the Website
- The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.
- Providing unlawful content is prohibited, including providing other people’s personal data without a legal basis.
- Any actions that disrupt the operation of the Website are prohibited, in particular automated mass submission of forms. To this end the Service Provider uses technical safeguards, including a limit on the number of enquiries from a single IP address.
- Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary for us to reply. The User provides true and up-to-date data.
06Nature of the information on the Website
Information about products, services and terms of cooperation published on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into a contract in accordance with Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code. Detailed terms, including prices, lead times and the scope of service, are agreed individually and confirmed in a separate offer or contract.
07Copyright
The content of the Website, including texts, graphic layout and photographs, is legally protected. Product photographs and Victoria Arduino trademarks are the property of the manufacturer and are used for information and commercial purposes. Copying and distributing the content of the Website for commercial purposes requires the consent of the rights holders.
08Complaints about electronic services
Complaints about the operation of the Website can be submitted:

In your complaint, please provide your contact details, a description of the problem and how you would like it to be resolved. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
Complaints about purchased espresso machines, their warranty and servicing are handled under the terms set out in the sales contract or the manufacturer’s warranty card.
09Personal data
The controller of Users’ personal data is the entity specified in section 01. The rules for processing data, retention periods and the rights of data subjects are described in the privacy policy.
10Out-of-court dispute resolution
A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and mediation at the regional inspectorates of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Using these procedures is voluntary for both parties.
11Changes to the terms
The Service Provider may change these terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law, a change in the scope of services provided or technical changes to the Website. The amended terms apply from the moment they are published on the Website and do not affect rights acquired before that date.
12Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services and, with regard to consumers, the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. These terms are made available free of charge and may be saved or printed by the User.
