Correspondence address: Dubois 21A, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, Poland

02What data we collect
Through the “Free consultation” form we collect the data you provide yourself:
- your full name and email address (required fields),
- your phone number, venue type and message (optional fields),
- the machine model selected in the form or in the “Machine selector” tool, if you use it.
In addition, together with your enquiry we record your IP address and information about how you arrived on the site (e.g. from which advert or search engine), in order to protect the form against abuse and to assess the effectiveness of our marketing activities.
After you submit the form, your enquiry is delivered to our mailbox and to a file of enquiries on the server, and you receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you provided. We reply by email, and if you provide a phone number, an adviser may also call you back. We do not send newsletters or commercial information unrelated to your enquiry.

04Who we share data with
Your data reaches us by email and is stored on the server that hosts this website. In addition, we use the services of:
- the hosting provider LH.pl: stores the website and the enquiry files and handles email,
- Google Ireland Limited: the website loads fonts from Google Fonts servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: with your consent, we measure the effectiveness of adverts on Facebook and Instagram.
We do not sell data and do not pass it on to other companies for marketing purposes.
Google and Meta may also process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. This takes place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
05Data security
The website uses the HTTPS protocol, so data from the form is encrypted in transit. The enquiry file and the server configuration are not accessible from the internet. Only the people who handle sales enquiries have access to enquiries.
06Cookies and browser storage
On your first visit we ask for your consent to cookies used to measure the effectiveness of adverts. Until you give consent, we do not store any cookies on your device for analytics or marketing purposes.
| Type | What it is used for | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Remembering your cookie decision and the advert that brought you to the site (browser session storage, cleared when you close the tab) | Not required |
| Analytics and marketing | Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram): measuring visits, advert effectiveness and the number of forms submitted | Required, can be withdrawn at any time |
You can change your decision by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of the home page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do not give consent, Google tools work in a limited mode, without storing cookies and without identifying you.
07Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to b2b@colbergcoffee.pl. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
08Voluntary provision of data and automated decisions
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name and email address we cannot respond to your enquiry. We do not make automated decisions and do not profile you. The result of the “Machine selector” tool is only a suggestion and is always verified by a person.
