Technology
What the technology does and what it means for your venue.
Each card answers three questions: how it works, what you gain behind the bar and which models have it. Descriptions and figures come from the manufacturer.
T3 and T3 Genius
Temperature
What it does
Controls water, steam and group temperature separately. T3 Genius does this with lower energy use, up to 37% less according to the manufacturer.
What you gain
Stable brewing temperature even at peak times, and on White Eagle a different temperature on each group for different coffees.
T3 Genius: Black Eagle Maverick, Maverick Core, E1 Prima Pro. T3: White Eagle, Black Eagle VA388.
Gravitech
Weight-based dosing
What it does
A built-in scale measures the extraction weight in real time. You see the result on the machine display.
What you gain
You set the recipe in grams, not seconds. Less manual weighing and less variation between shots.

VIS
Virtual scale
What it does
Estimates the final dose in grams with an algorithm, without extra components.
What you gain
Dose control without a scale under the portafilter. A faster workflow and more confidence in a good extraction.
Models: Eagle One, E1 Prima Pro, E1 Prima EXP.
NEO
New Engine Optimization
What it does
A multi-boiler system with instant heating. It heats only as much water as the extraction needs.
What you gain
Lower energy and water use. For Eagle Tempo the manufacturer states up to 29% less energy than the previous model.
Models: Eagle One, Eagle Tempo, E1 Prima, E1 Prima EXP.
T.E.R.S.
Heat recovery
What it does
Outgoing water heats the water flowing into the machine. A Victoria Arduino patent.
What you gain
According to the manufacturer, 8% lower total energy consumption. It works in the background, with no input from the barista.
Models: Black Eagle Maverick, Maverick Core, Eagle One, Eagle Tempo (depending on version).
PBtech
Pulse extraction
What it does
Delivers water in precisely measured pulses. The coffee in the basket has more room to expand.
What you gain
A better balance of flavour and texture in the espresso. You turn it on with a switch and the machine does the rest.
Models: Black Eagle Maverick, Maverick Core, E1 Prima Pro.
EasyCream
Automatic frothing
What it does
Froths milk and plant-based drinks automatically. You set the temperature and amount of foam in saved recipes.
What you gain
The same cappuccino from every barista. Meanwhile the barista prepares the espresso or serves the guest.
Models: Eagle One, Eagle Tempo, White Eagle, E1 Prima, E1 Prima EXP, Black Eagle VA388.
Steam by Wire
Electronic steam
What it does
Controls steam electronically, at a boiler pressure of 2.1 bar. The Advanced version on Maverick has two steam power levels.
What you gain
Dry, even steam. Predictable frothing when you work the wand by hand.
Models: Black Eagle Maverick, Maverick Core, Eagle One, Eagle Tempo, E1 Prima series.
PureBrew
Pressure-free brewing
What it does
A pressure-free extraction method with three programmable profiles. It brews coffee, tea and herbal infusions.

Filter-style coffee from the same machine, in light, medium and strong profiles. A wider menu without extra equipment on the bar.
Models: Black Eagle Maverick, E1 Prima EXP, E1 Prima Pro.
Percentages are stated by the manufacturer on victoriaarduino.com. Actual energy use depends on the model, the number of groups and the traffic in your venue.
Quality in the cup
Fewer variables. More control.
Espresso flavour depends on temperature, dose, time and pressure. The more of these parameters the machine holds steady, the less the result depends on the day and on who is behind the bar.
01
Stable temperature
With T3 technology, three independent PID controllers monitor water, steam and group temperature in real time. The first espresso of the morning and the hundredth at peak time brew under the same conditions.
02
Recipes in grams
Gravitech shows the weight of the espresso in the cup on the display. VIS estimates the dose with an algorithm. You set the ratio instead of counting seconds.
03
A gentle start to extraction
The SIS system gradually raises water pressure in the first seconds of extraction. The manufacturer cites better aroma and crema. Extraction starts gently, without a sudden pressure spike.
04
Profile control
PBtech delivers water in pulses. In the Black Eagle Maverick app you create espresso and PureBrew recipes and view flow curves. A profile saved once works on every shift.
Day to day
Easier behind the bar, easier on the budget.
Baristas and owners look at a machine from different angles. Choose what matters more to you.
Lower body, contact with guests
Black Eagle Maverick is 426 mm tall, Eagle Tempo 416 mm, Eagle One 437 mm. A lower body makes eye contact with guests easier.
Dimensions: manufacturer data
Less manual weighing
Gravitech weighs the espresso for the barista, VIS estimates the dose. Hands stay free for milk and service.
Maverick, Eagle One, E1 Prima Pro
Cool Touch wands
Thermally insulated, with a non-stick coating. They do not burn and are quicker to clean.

Expert view
These machines genuinely make work behind the bar easier. I have been working on them for four years.
With Victoria Arduino you can tell someone thought about the barista. The group flushes automatically, the temperature stays under control, and even the drip tray is designed so that water does not splash the cups. Café owners will appreciate the low energy use and performance well above its class. I have a Prima in my kitchen and an Eagle One in my café, and both have been in daily use for four years.

FAQ
Questions we hear most often.
Do I need a separate scale with gravimetric technology?
Not with Black Eagle Maverick. The scale is built into the machine, and you read the weight of the espresso in the cup on the display. Eagle One and E1 Prima Pro use VIS, which estimates the dose in grams with an algorithm, without any extra components. To weigh ground coffee you will still need a scale or a gravimetric grinder, e.g. Mythos MYG75 or MYG85.
How much energy does a Victoria Arduino machine use?
It depends on the model, the number of groups and the operating hours. The manufacturer states these savings: NEO up to 29% less energy than the previous model, T3 Genius up to 37%, T.E.R.S. heat recovery 8% of total consumption. Black Eagle Maverick uses up to 43% less energy than Black Eagle VA388. We will prepare a specific calculation for your venue during the consultation.
Can I lease the machine?
Yes. We help you finance the purchase through leasing, so you can start working on a new machine without a large one-off outlay.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
First we help remotely by phone. If a repair is needed, a technician will come to your venue anywhere in Poland. We use only original parts, and in the event of a breakdown we provide replacement equipment.
Do you train the team to use the machine?
Yes. At installation we go through operation and daily cleaning with the people who will work on the machine. The scope of training is agreed in the quote.
Which model should I choose for a small specialty café?
With lower volumes, the single-group E1 Prima series is a good place to start. E1 Prima Pro has T3 Genius, PBtech, VIS and PureBrew, so it gives you full control over extraction. As volumes grow, a two-group Eagle One or Black Eagle Maverick will work better. The final choice depends on your menu and the number of coffees per day.
Do you also advise on grinders?
Yes. We match the grinder to the machine and the menu, including models from the Mythos series. The MYG75 and MYG85 versions have an integrated gravimetric system.
Do you cover the whole of Poland?
Yes. Our service operates nationwide. You can also send the machine directly to our head office.
