The manufacturer aims the Eagle Tempo at restaurants, roasteries, chains, bakeries, patisseries, hotels and cafés that simply want to serve good coffee and plant-milk drinks.
The machine has two or three groups and is 416 mm high.

Patented heat recovery: water leaving the machine heats the incoming water. According to the manufacturer, this means 8% lower total energy use.
EasyCream
Automatic frothing of milk and plant-based drinks to a set temperature, with the recipe chosen on the main display.
High output
A group with 5 programmed buttons speeds up the work. The insulated stainless steel boiler runs at 2.1 bar and, together with Steam by Wire, gives dry steam.

Features
Eagle Tempo features.
- Steam wand
- Steam by Wire and a wand with tangential holes. The boilers hold a constant 2.1 bar, and the barista starts the steam with an aluminium lever.
- Automatic rinsing
- Autopurge rinses the portafilters by itself when they are not in use. It saves time and water.
- Group lighting
- Each group has adjustable lighting at the front. It lights the work area and makes the button functions easier to read.
- Touch display
- It shows extraction data and lets you create recipes and change settings.
